When will my order be despatched?
If you place an order before 1pm it should be despatched on the same day. We aim to despatch orders within 24 hours.
Can I request a refund for my earrings?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer a refund on earrings.

We can offer a full refund within 7 days of delivery via the contact form on our website.
What should I do if my order arrives faulty or damaged?
If your order arrives faulty or damaged we can offer an exchange upon request within 7 days of delivery. Send us an email with your order number included on hello@eternalbydesign.com and someone from our team will assist you. Please allow at least 48hrs for a response.
Quality & Care
Our pieces are made with longevity in mind. We offer replacement for manufacturing faults and clearly visible signs of tarnish within one year of purchase, in line with our standards of craftsmanship.
